I couldn't find the Lightwave SDK mailing list address (is there one?)
so I'm posting this message to the general LW list:

My question: does anyone have any code which will convert the
heading/pitch/bank rotation angles found in the LW scene file to
a 4x4 rotation matrix? I'm currently using the Euler -> 4x4 matrix
code found in Graphics Gems IV but it is not working, probably due
to the fact that I have to specify the correct rotation order (there
are 18 possibilities...). I've wasted a lot of time on this problem
and need a solution pronto. Could someone shed some light on this
matter? Thanks.
